PROPOSED / DRAFT — CITIZEN POLICY INITIATIVE

Americans should be able to submit problems, policy proposals, reforms, proposed legislation, government inefficiencies, and suggested changes to Moderate Party of America policies directly to the party.

Serious proposals should receive genuine consideration based on constitutionality, evidence, cost, feasibility, consequences, measurable outcomes, and consistency with MPA principles—not the political identity, party registration, wealth, status, or popularity of whoever submitted them.

The party should publish a clear submission process, basic review standards, privacy rules, conflict-of-interest protections, and a method for identifying proposals selected for further research or formal consideration. Submission does not guarantee adoption, endorsement, or a personal response.

The best ideas can come from anywhere in America. Putting People First means listening to the people.
